In Q1 2023, the top 5 apparel apps in Spain exhibited varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how these apps fared over the quarter, based on data from Sensor Tower.

SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a strong presence with downloads peaking at around 176.8K in the first week of January. Although there was a decline in downloads mid-quarter, the app still managed to stay above 100K weekly downloads. Weekly active users saw a steady increase, starting at 2.1M at the end of December and reaching approximately 2.5M by the end of March.

Zalando – Online fashion experienced a downward trend in downloads, starting from 59.2K in early January and dropping to 28.2K by the end of March. Active users also saw a decline, beginning at 752.1K and ending the quarter at 508.2K.

ZARA had a significant spike in downloads in the first week of January, reaching 85.9K. However, the numbers dropped to around 11.2K by the end of February before picking up slightly to 20.5K in the last week of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 452.1K and stabilizing around 271.6K by the end of the quarter.

Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories showed a gradual decline in downloads from 36.4K in early January to 20.8K by the end of March. Active users also decreased slightly, starting at 227.4K and ending at 212.3K.

Finally, PULL&BEAR saw a peak in downloads in the first week of January with 56.1K, but the numbers dropped to 9.4K by the end of March. Active users also fluctuated, beginning the quarter at 160K and ending at approximately 97.3K.
