Google experienced a relatively stable trend in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 74K downloads and peaking at around 80K in mid-January. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users hovering around 2.7M throughout the quarter.

GOV.UK ID Check saw significant fluctuations in weekly downloads, beginning at 20K and reaching a high of nearly 73K by the end of January. Active users showed consistent growth, starting from 60K and ending the quarter at approximately 221K.

Google Chrome had a steady download rate, with weekly downloads ranging from 44K to 66K. The app’s active users remained stable, consistently around 3M throughout the quarter.

Microsoft Edge: AI Browser experienced a notable spike in downloads, particularly in early January with 109K downloads. Active users increased significantly from 391K at the start of the quarter to 726K by the end.

Octopus Energy showed a strong increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 98K in mid-February. Active users followed a similar upward trend, starting at 99K and reaching nearly 199K by the end of March.
