During the first quarter of 2023, the top five iOS navigation applications in Estonia showcased varied performance metrics. Here’s a closer look at their download trends and revenue insights, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps, developed by Google, experienced a consistent pattern in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with approximately 800 downloads, the app saw a slight increase, peaking at around 990 downloads in the week of March 20. The downloads then slightly decreased to about 860 by the end of March.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, from Waze Inc., had a relatively stable download rate. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 400 and 500, with a notable peak of 528 downloads at the beginning and another peak of 513 downloads at the end of February.

Vedu - Tallinn Transport, by Sergey Ushakov, had a more volatile download trend. The app started strong with 956 downloads in early January but experienced a significant drop to around 50-60 downloads in the following weeks. It saw another spike to 649 downloads in late February, followed by a return to lower figures around 45-77 downloads by the end of March.

Moovit: All Transit Options, by Moovit App Global LTD, demonstrated a steady increase in weekly downloads. Starting at around 125 downloads, it peaked at 187 downloads in early January and maintained a consistent upward trend, reaching approximately 171 downloads by the end of March. The app's weekly revenue was relatively small, with a peak of around $36 in mid-February.

Bolt Driver App, from BOLT TECHNOLOGY OU, showed a stable download trend. Weekly downloads hovered around 90-100, with minor fluctuations, peaking at 106 downloads in late February. The app maintained a steady performance throughout the quarter.
