In the first quarter of 2023, the top five insurance apps on the iOS platform in the Middle East showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their trends based on data from Sensor Tower.

Tawuniya | التعاونية saw its weekly downloads fluctuate between 9.8K and 15.1K. The highest number of downloads was recorded in the last week of March, reaching 15.1K. Weekly active users for the app also showed a positive trend, peaking at approximately 33.8K at the end of the quarter.

Najm | نجم experienced a steady pattern in weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 9K to 16.5K. The highest downloads occurred in mid-February with 16.5K. The weekly active users saw an increase from 13.3K at the start of the quarter to a peak of 19.4K in mid-February, before slightly decreasing to 13.3K by the end of March.

ILOE, released by Dubai Insurance, had a significant number of downloads initially, with a peak of 19.3K in the second week of January. However, downloads declined over the quarter, reaching around 5.5K by the end of March. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 23.8K in early January and then decreasing to around 15.9K by the end of the quarter.

BCare | بي كير للتأمين showed consistent download numbers, with a notable peak of 10.1K in the last week of February. Active users saw a steady increase, starting from 22.6K at the beginning of the quarter and reaching approximately 27.9K by the end of March.

Tameeni | تأميني maintained a stable download rate throughout the quarter, with weekly downloads ranging from 4.4K to 8.5K. The highest download count was in the last week of February. Weekly active users showed a slight decline from 20.2K at the beginning of January to 18.3K by the end of March.
