In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 apparel apps on the iOS platform in Europe exhibited diverse performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a breakdown of their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a strong presence with notable weekly downloads. Starting at 243K downloads in the last week of December 2022, the app saw a consistent increase, peaking at 372K in the final week of March 2023. The app also experienced a steady rise in active users, climbing from 7.2M to 8.5M throughout the quarter.

Zalando – Online fashion experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads from 187K in late December to 118K by the end of January. However, downloads stabilized and slightly increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching 122K in the last week of March. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 2.9M and ending the quarter at 2.6M.

ZARA saw fluctuations in its weekly downloads, peaking at 269K in the first week of January but declining to around 110K by the end of March. Active users followed a downward trend, starting at 1.3M and stabilizing around 1.1M towards the quarter's end.

Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories had a varied download pattern, beginning with 127K in late December, dipping to 95K in early February, and rising back to 127K by the end of March. Active users increased from 1.9M to 2.1M during the quarter, showcasing a steady growth.

H&M - we love fashion experienced a peak in weekly downloads at 151K at the end of January, with a slight decline to 114K by the end of March. Active users slightly fluctuated but remained relatively stable, starting at 2.4M and ending the quarter at 2.2M.
