Top 5 Lifestyle Apps on Android in Italy Q1 2023

Throughout the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 lifestyle apps on the Android platform in Italy showcased varying trends in downloads and active users, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

Pinterest saw its weekly downloads fluctuate, starting at around 36.6K in late December and ending the quarter at approximately 27.8K. Active users for the app remained relatively stable, hovering around 2.75M by the end of March.

Amazon Alexa experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads, from 65.9K at the beginning of the quarter to about 16.5K by the end. The active user base also saw a decline, starting at 451K and ending at around 364K.

Glovo: Food Delivery and More witnessed a gradual decrease in weekly downloads, starting at 23.1K in late December and ending at 15.6K in the last week of March. However, its active users remained strong, reaching approximately 430K by the end of Q1.

Google Home saw a decline in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads dropped from 28.5K to around 11.5K, while active users decreased from 195K at the start of the quarter to about 159K by the end of March.

Club Q8 experienced a spike in weekly downloads mid-January, peaking at 34.5K, before stabilizing around 2.8K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 47.2K in January and declining to approximately 8.6K by the end of the quarter.
