During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 utilities applications on a unified platform in Oceania showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Google maintained a steady presence with weekly downloads ranging from 29K to 41K. The highest downloads were observed in the week of October 3, peaking at 41K. Active users for the app remained consistently high, fluctuating between 5.5M and 5.7M throughout the quarter.

Google Chrome also demonstrated stable performance. Weekly downloads were relatively consistent, ranging from 23K to 28K, with a peak of 28K in the week of November 7. Active users for Google Chrome saw a slight but steady increase, reaching approximately 9.8M by the end of the quarter.

myGov experienced significant download activity following its release on December 6. Downloads surged to 137K in the week of December 12, before tapering off to 79K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a rise, peaking at 122K in the week of December 19.

My Telstra exhibited a consistent download trend, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 23K and 31K. The highest downloads were noted in the week of November 21 at 31K. Active users for My Telstra ranged from 174K to 189K, showing a peak in late November.

Google Authenticator had a more modest performance. Weekly downloads varied from 11K to 21K, with a notable peak in the week of October 24 at 21K. Active users saw a decline over the quarter, starting at 266K and dropping to 172K by the end of December.
