In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top utilities applications in Ireland showcased diverse performance metrics in terms of downloads and active users on a unified platform. Here’s a breakdown of the weekly trends for the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 6.4K in the week of November 7. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with 5.8K in the last week of December. Active users ranged between 1.2M and 1.3M, with a slight decline towards the end of December, finishing at approximately 1.2M.

Google Chrome saw a modest rise in weekly downloads, reaching 4K in the week of October 31. Downloads remained fairly consistent, closing the quarter at nearly 4K. Active users hovered around 1.8M, with minor fluctuations but no significant changes over the period.

My Vodafone Ireland showed varying download numbers, peaking at 4.6K in early December and dropping to around 2.6K by the end of the month. Active users exhibited a slight decline, starting at 19.2K and ending the quarter at approximately 16.4K.

An Post had a notable spike in downloads, reaching 11.5K in mid-October, but then experienced a decline, stabilizing around 2.5K by the end of December.

National Lottery - Lottery.ie maintained a steady download rate, with a minor peak at 2.8K in the final week of December. Active users ranged from 7.8K to 9.4K, showing a slight increase towards the end of the quarter.
