In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top 5 lifestyle applications in Europe demonstrated varied performance trends across downloads, active users, and revenue. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive overview of these trends.

Pinterest saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 750K at the beginning of October and peaking at approximately 935K in the last week of December. Weekly active users also showed a steady upward trend, growing from 84.5M to 88.9M by the end of the quarter.

Amazon Alexa experienced significant fluctuations in downloads. The app started with around 197K downloads per week, reaching a high of 848K in mid-December, before settling at 750K in the last week. Active users increased from 4.15M to 5.14M over the quarter.

Google Home maintained a steady growth in weekly downloads, starting from 225K and peaking at 475K in the final week of December. Active user numbers also rose from 2.09M to 2.5M throughout the quarter.

Glovo: Food Delivery and more showed a stable weekly download pattern, averaging around 250K downloads, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Active users, however, saw some fluctuation, peaking at around 3.58M in the first week of December before dropping to 3.04M by the end of the month.

Mi Home - Manage smart devices reported a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting from 172K and reaching 320K by the last week of December. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from 2.61M to 2.82M. Revenue for Mi Home increased significantly, peaking at around $4.9K in the last week of December.
