During the fourth quarter of 2022, the top finance apps in Latvia demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and user engagement. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, reveals interesting trends for each application.

Google Wallet saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting with 3.2K in late September and ending the year at 1.3K. The downloads peaked at around 3.2K in the week of September 26 before experiencing a general decline, with minor spikes mid-quarter.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade had a similar downward trend in downloads. Weekly downloads started at 3.5K and decreased to 1.2K by the end of December. The most notable drop occurred from mid-October to mid-November, with downloads falling from 2.4K to 1.5K.

Swedbank Latvia maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads hovered around the 1.2K to 1.3K range, with a slight dip in mid-December to 941 before recovering to 1K by the end of the year.

PayPal - Pay, Send, Save experienced steady weekly downloads, starting at 974 and ending at 944. The app saw its highest downloads in the week of October 24, reaching 1.1K, before stabilizing around the 900-1K range for the remainder of the quarter.

Elektrum Latvija displayed significant fluctuations in downloads. The app started strong with 1.5K downloads in late September, peaking at 2.3K in early October. However, downloads dropped sharply to 815 by mid-October and continued to decline, hitting a low of 433 in mid-December before a slight recovery to 743 by the end of the quarter.
