Top 5 Education Apps on Unified Platform in Bahrain - Q4 2022

Bahrain's education app market saw diverse performance trends across its top five apps on a unified platform in the fourth quarter of 2022. Drawing insights from Sensor Tower, here's a closer look at the weekly downloads and revenue for each app during this period.

Duolingo - Language Lessons experienced some notable fluctuations in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $1.0K in the final week of December, after a steady climb from around $678 in late September. Downloads also saw a high of 838 in the last week of December, marking a significant increase from the 722 downloads registered at the beginning of the quarter.

ClassDojo showed a downward trend in both revenue and downloads over the quarter. Starting with a revenue of about $673 in late September, it dropped to around $127 by the end of December. Downloads followed a similar pattern, beginning at 1.2K and declining to just over 100 by the close of the quarter.

Photomath presented a mixed performance. Revenue hit a high of $265 in the first week of December, up from $166 in late September, but then decreased to $68 in the final week of the quarter. Downloads saw a peak of 714 in late October, although they fluctuated throughout the quarter and ended at 427 in the last week of December.

Kahoot! Play & Create Quizzes maintained relatively stable download numbers, with a notable peak of 564 in the last week of December. Revenue also showed an upward trend, reaching $163 in the same week, up from $128 at the start of the quarter.

Minecraft Education did not generate any revenue in this period. However, downloads remained consistent, ranging from a low of 285 in late October to a high of 461 in early October, finishing the quarter at 354.
