In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five utilities applications on the iOS platform in Oceania displayed diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter, starting at around 29.6K and peaking at 40.9K in early October before ending the year at approximately 36.5K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 185K.

Google Chrome experienced a stable weekly download trend, beginning at 24.3K and reaching a high of 27.3K in early November. Active users also remained consistent, with numbers slightly increasing from 1.04M to about 1.05M by the end of December.

myGov saw a significant surge in weekly downloads after its release in early December, with numbers jumping from 3.4K to 74.8K within two weeks. Active users also rose sharply, peaking at around 66.6K in mid-December.

My Telstra maintained a steady download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 14.2K and 17.1K. Active users showed a slight decline from 115.8K at the start of the quarter to approximately 110.4K by the end of December.

Google Authenticator had a stable download trend, starting at about 11.5K and ending the quarter at 6.8K. Active users peaked at 129.5K in mid-November but saw a decline to approximately 82.5K by the end of the year.
