In Q4 2022, the top travel apps on iOS in Spain exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting with around 18K in late September and peaking at approximately 24K in the last week of December. Active users showed a similar pattern, beginning at 336K and ending the quarter at around 333K, with a notable peak of 371K in mid-December.

Bolt: Request a Ride maintained a relatively stable download rate, starting with about 15K and reaching a high of 17K in mid-December. Active users saw a slight dip from 46K at the beginning of the quarter to around 43K at the end, with a mid-quarter peak of 46K.

Tarjeta Transporte experienced a significant drop in downloads, starting at 28K in late September and declining to about 8.5K by the end of December. Active users also decreased from 45K to approximately 42K over the same period.

Cabify exhibited a consistent increase in downloads, beginning at 12K and reaching nearly 18K by the end of December. Active users started at 62K and peaked at 81K in mid-December, before settling at around 69K.

Renfe saw a gradual decline in downloads from 18K at the start of the quarter to approximately 10K by the end. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 149K and ending the quarter at around 131K, with minor fluctuations throughout.
