Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Qatar Q4 2022 Performance

Throughout the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five navigation apps on the iOS platform in Qatar displayed diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

Google Maps from Google saw a dynamic trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 2K in late September and peaking at roughly 3.6K by the week of December 19. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 240K to 250K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic from Waze Inc. experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, beginning at approximately 1.2K in late September and rising to nearly 1.9K by the end of December. Weekly active users, however, showed a slight decline from about 142K to 131K during the same period.

Sila - صلة by the Ministry of Transport & Communications had a varied performance in weekly downloads, with a notable peak of 750 in the week of October 10. The numbers then gradually decreased, reaching around 159 downloads by the end of December.

Wain - وين from QUWIC showed a significant spike in weekly downloads in mid-November, hitting 941. This was followed by a gradual decrease, ending the quarter with around 121 downloads.

Finally, Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS from Iteration Mobile S.L demonstrated an upward trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $567 in the final week of December. Weekly downloads also saw a notable rise, starting at 155 in late September and reaching an impressive 797 by the end of December. Weekly active users mirrored this growth, increasing from 734 to 1.4K over the quarter.
