In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five lifestyle apps on the iOS platform in New Zealand exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads, active users, and revenue. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive view of their performance.

Google Home saw a steady yet modest increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 2.8K and peaking at approximately 4.3K in the last week of December. Active users fluctuated but showed a notable rise from about 26.2K in late September to nearly 29.9K by the end of the year.

Amazon Alexa experienced a significant surge in downloads towards the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads began at 1.5K, reaching a high of around 9.2K in the final week of December. Correspondingly, active users increased from approximately 15.4K to 32.5K during the same period.

Pinterest maintained a stable download rate with minor fluctuations, starting at 2.8K and ending the quarter at roughly 2.9K. Active users remained consistently high, with a slight increase from around 925K to 905K over the quarter.

AttaPoll - Paid Surveys exhibited a sharp decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 1.3K and dropping to around 254 by the end of December. Active users also decreased from approximately 2K to 1.8K throughout the quarter.

Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date demonstrated strong revenue performance, starting at $34.4K and peaking at around $43.3K in the last week of December. Weekly downloads were stable, fluctuating between 1.3K and 1.7K. Active users showed a gradual increase from about 68.3K to 72.2K.
