Top 5 Insurance Apps on Android in Kuwait Q4 2022

In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top insurance applications on the Android platform in Kuwait exhibited diverse performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users for these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

GIG-Kuwait from Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company had a fluctuating download pattern. Starting at 75 downloads in the last week of September, it peaked at 151 in mid-October. The app saw another increase in early December, reaching 118 downloads, before ending the quarter with 86 downloads.

gig Health, also from Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Company, experienced significant growth in downloads during October, peaking at 209 downloads in the week of October 17. The downloads gradually declined towards the end of the quarter, stabilizing around 54 in the last week of December.

Policybazaar - Compare & Buy maintained a steady increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at 79 downloads in late September, the app reached a high of 126 downloads in the final two weeks of December. The active users also showed a consistent upward trend, growing from 148 in late September to 204 by the end of December.

GlobeMed Fit from GlobeMed showed a notable increase in active users, starting at 1.3K in late September and rising to 1.7K by the end of December. Downloads were relatively stable but surged dramatically in the last week of December, reaching 190 downloads.

Al Mulla Insurance from AMIB experienced a sporadic download trend. After a slow start in October, the app saw a significant spike to 201 downloads in mid-December, before dropping to 18 downloads in the final week of the year.
