Active users ranged from 373K to 417K, with a significant increase towards the end of September, reaching around 418K.

DiDi Rider: Affordable rides experienced a decline in downloads from early July to late September. Starting with 108K downloads, the numbers fell to around 59K by mid-September, before a slight recovery to 67K in the last week.
