Top 5 Travel Apps in Hungary: Q3 2022 Performance

The third quarter of 2022 saw significant activity among the top travel applications in Hungary. Below, we explore the performance of the leading five apps in terms of revenue, downloads, and active users.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.5K in mid-September. Weekly downloads showed a gradual decline from around 3.1K in late June to 1.9K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users also decreased from 14.9K to 13.3K throughout the quarter.

Planes Live - Flight Tracker maintained a steady revenue stream, averaging around $200 per week, with minor fluctuations. Downloads hovered around the 500 mark, dropping slightly towards the end of the quarter. Active users saw a gradual decrease from 1.2K to around 1K by the end of September.

Outdooractive showed varied revenue performance, peaking at approximately $271 in mid-July. Weekly downloads ranged between 200 and 365, with a noticeable decline towards the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 500 mark.

BorderWatcher saw a significant rise in weekly revenue early in the quarter, reaching up to $251 in early August, before declining sharply. Downloads started strong with over 1K weekly downloads in July but fell to 136 by the end of September.
