Top 5 Navigation Apps in Latvia Q3 2022

In the third quarter of 2022, the top five navigation apps in Latvia demonstrated diverse trends in downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at approximately 1.6K at the end of June and peaking around mid-July with 1.7K downloads. The numbers dipped to a low of 1.1K downloads in early September before slightly recovering to 1.3K by the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a steady decline in weekly downloads over the quarter. Starting strong with nearly 2.8K downloads at the end of June, the app's downloads decreased to about 1.6K by the end of September.

Moovit: All Transit Options showed a mixed trend in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads varied, peaking at 569 in early July before gradually declining to 306 by the end of September. Revenue saw significant fluctuations, starting at $7 and peaking at $32 in early August, before stabilizing around $15 towards the end of the quarter.

Neste showed a robust growth in downloads. The app started with 490 downloads at the end of June and peaked at 1.3K downloads in late August. The quarter ended with a slight decline, bringing the downloads to around 677 by the end of September.

The Bolt Driver App experienced modest download numbers throughout Q3. Starting at 387 downloads at the end of June, the app faced a decline, reaching a low of 208 in mid-September. However, it saw a significant surge to 768 downloads by the end of the quarter.
