In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 navigation apps in Lithuania showed varied performance trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance.

Google Maps experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 4.4K in late June and dropping to approximately 1.8K by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 160K to 165K, ending the quarter at around 152K.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw its weekly downloads peak at 7.4K in late July before gradually decreasing to about 3.7K by the end of September. Its active user base showed a slight decline from 102K to 95K over the same period.

Trafi saw a significant spike in downloads, particularly in late August, where it reached 6.6K weekly downloads. This was followed by a decline to 2.2K by the end of September. The app’s active users increased steadily, starting at 27K in late June and rising to approximately 33K by the end of the quarter.

Neste had relatively modest download numbers, with a noticeable peak of 1.2K in early September. Active users showed minor fluctuations, peaking at around 1.3K in early September and ending the quarter at 893.

Moovit: All Transit Options maintained a steady download rate with slight variations, reaching a peak of 1.3K in late August before settling at 620 by the end of September. Active users showed a consistent upward trend, starting at 5.4K in late June and peaking at around 6.7K in late August, ending the quarter at 5.8K.
