The third quarter of 2022 saw interesting trends for the top navigation apps in Spain. Here’s a closer look at how these apps performed in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Wikiloc Outdoor Navigation GPS had a strong quarter with revenue peaking at approximately $77K in late August. Weekly downloads also saw a significant rise, hitting around 22K in mid-August. Active users increased steadily from around 50K at the end of June to over 55K by the end of September.

Coyote: Carplay, GPS & radar experienced fluctuations in revenue, which reached a high of nearly $9.1K in the last week of July. Downloads showed a downward trend, falling from 4.5K at the end of June to around 2.8K by the end of September. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, averaging around 28K throughout the quarter.

Navionics® Boating saw a decline in revenue over the quarter, starting at approximately $8.9K in late June and dropping to around $2.8K by the end of September. Downloads also decreased, from about 1.1K in late June to 600 by the end of September. Active users peaked at around 2.5K in mid-August before dropping to 1.5K by the end of the quarter.

TomTom GO Navigation showed a decline in revenue, starting at about $8.4K in late June and falling to around $5.7K by the end of September. Downloads were highest in mid-July at 11.6K but dropped to around 3.6K by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a decrease from about 12.9K in late June to 16.1K by the end of September.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS had a notable peak in downloads in mid-July at about 20.5K, but this number gradually decreased to around 8.3K by the end of September. Revenue followed a similar trend, peaking at approximately $8K in mid-August and dropping to about $3.6K by the end of September. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 57K throughout the quarter.
