In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 MOBA apps in Russia displayed notable trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, provides a detailed look at the performance of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Pokémon UNITE, Tanks a Lot - 3v3 Battle Arena, and Box Simulator for Brawl Stars.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, progressing from around 50K in late June to over 70K by September end. Weekly revenue saw fluctuations, peaking at approximately $55K in mid-July, then stabilizing around $36K to $40K in September. Active user numbers consistently grew, reaching nearly 1.15M by the end of September.

League of Legends: Wild Rift showed variable weekly download numbers, starting at about 13.5K in late June and peaking at over 20K in mid-September. Weekly revenue was inconsistent, with a notable high of $39.7K in mid-July, but generally remaining below $20K. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter with around 200K.

Tanks a Lot - 3v3 Battle Arena saw a decline in weekly downloads, dropping from about 11K in late June to around 4K by mid-September. Revenue remained relatively stable, averaging around $300 per week. Active users decreased from approximately 54K in late June to around 30K by the end of September.

Box Simulator for Brawl Stars witnessed a steady decline in downloads, starting at about 8.9K in late June and falling to around 4.2K by the end of September. Active users also saw a downward trend, from approximately 28K in late June to about 17K by the end of the quarter.
