Downloads surged mid-quarter, reaching approximately 148K in the week of August 29, while revenue peaked at around $3.6K during the week of September 5. Active users also saw a significant rise, climbing from 76.5K at the beginning of the quarter to roughly 207K by the end of September.

Psiphon by Psiphon Inc showed a strong start with weekly downloads peaking at 190K in late July.
