Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Turkey: Q3 2022 Performance

In the third quarter of 2022, the top 5 navigation apps on the iOS platform in Turkey showcased diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below is an overview of their quarterly performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at around 71.8K downloads in late June and peaking at 142.2K in mid-July. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging from approximately 6.9M to 7.4M throughout the quarter.

Moovit: All Transit Options saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, reaching a peak of $240 in mid-September. The app's downloads also showed a steady rise, starting at 18.4K in late June and growing to 23.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users increased significantly from around 240K to 333K over the same period.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps maintained a relatively stable weekly download rate, hovering around 9K to 13K throughout the quarter. Revenue remained modest, peaking at $23. Weekly active users saw a slight decline, from approximately 455K in late June to 391K by the end of September.

Qibla Finder, Qibla Compass AR showed a gradual increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads grew from 4.2K in late June to 9.3K by the end of September. Active users also increased steadily, starting at about 16.3K and reaching 25.7K. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $28 in mid-August.

Mobiett experienced a notable rise in weekly downloads, starting at around 5.8K in late June and reaching 10K by the end of September. Active users showed a positive trend, increasing from approximately 154K to 178K over the quarter.
