Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Latin America for Q3 2022

In Q3 2022, the top navigation apps on the iOS platform in Latin America demonstrated notable performances in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how Google Maps, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, Moovit: All Transit Options, Bike Itaú, and Cittamobi: Transporte Coletivo performed during this period.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 196K to 238K. Active users saw a slight fluctuation, peaking at around 15.2M in early September before settling at 14.7M by the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced consistent weekly downloads, hovering between 72K and 82K. Active users showed a similar stability, starting the quarter at 5.8M and concluding at about 5.9M.

Moovit: All Transit Options saw an increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.1K in early September. Downloads ranged from 39K to 49K, while active users grew steadily, reaching around 1.1M by the end of September.

Bike Itaú had a notable spike in downloads in mid-September, hitting around 10.9K. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 17K at the start of the quarter to approximately 24.8K in mid-September.
