Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Finland Q3 2022

The third quarter of 2022 saw varied performance among the top 5 iOS navigation apps in Finland, according to data from Sensor Tower. Each app exhibited unique trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Loisto Mariner by Tapio Palvelut Oy experienced a significant decline in both weekly downloads and revenue. Downloads dropped from 348 in the last week of June to just 46 by the end of September. Similarly, weekly revenue saw a steep fall from approximately $8.2K at the beginning of the quarter to around $962 by the end.

Navionics® Boating from Garmin Italy Technologies S.R.L. also saw a decrease in performance metrics. Weekly downloads fell from 360 in late June to 101 by the end of September. Revenue mirrored this trend, dropping from $6.9K to about $1K over the same period. Active user numbers decreased as well, from 427 to 214.

Geocaching® by Groundspeak Inc. showed relatively stable performance. Weekly downloads fluctuated but ended the quarter slightly higher, increasing from 274 to 378. Revenue was consistent, peaking at around $3.1K in mid-July and closing the quarter at approximately $1.7K. Active users rose from 746 at the start of the quarter to 842 by the end.

Ultracom NEXT by Ultracom Oy experienced a notable increase in revenue, especially in August and September. Weekly revenue surged from $496 at the end of June to around $5.3K by the end of September. Downloads also saw an upward trend, from 61 to 200 over the same period.

Karttaselain - Maastokartta by AccelBit showed varied performance. Weekly downloads peaked at 1.3K in mid-July before tapering off to 782 by the end of September. Revenue also saw ups and downs, peaking at approximately $3.1K in mid-July and ending the quarter at around $1.4K.
