QLM saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at 214 in late June and dropping to 148 by the end of September. Notable peaks included 220 downloads in the week of September 5. Despite these fluctuations, the app maintained a relatively stable download range throughout the quarter.

Alkoot Global Care experienced a more variable download trend. Downloads ranged from a high of 194 in early September to a low of 76 in mid-September. The app showed a significant spike in the last week of August with 168 downloads, followed by another peak of 194 downloads a week later.
