The app peaked at 3.1K downloads in the final week of September. Active users for SHEIN remained robust, starting from 51.1K at the end of June and rising steadily to reach 56.5K by the end of September.

ZARA experienced a decline in downloads over the quarter, beginning with 883 downloads in late June and dropping to around 436 downloads by the end of September. Active users showed a fluctuating trend, starting at 3.8K in late June, dipping to 2.8K in mid-July, and ending the quarter at approximately 2.9K.
