During the third quarter of 2022, the lifestyle category on the Android platform in Nigeria saw significant activity among the top 5 applications. Here’s a detailed look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.

Pinterest experienced a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 13.9K at the end of June and peaking at approximately 17.9K in the week of August 22. The weekly active users also followed an upward trend, growing from 423.9K to 471.7K by the end of September.

My Airtel showed a steady pattern in downloads, beginning with 13.3K in late June and reaching a high of 17.9K in the week of August 22. Active users fluctuated slightly, with a peak of 322.8K in mid-July, settling to 297.9K by the end of September.

Prayer Time, Azan Alarm, Qibla saw a notable increase in downloads, rising from 5.8K in late June to a peak of 10.4K in mid-August. Active users also grew significantly, starting from 12.5K and reaching 24.1K by mid-September before slightly decreasing to 23.2K at the end of the month.
