Top 5 Navigation Apps in Venezuela Q2 2022

In Q2 2022, Venezuela's navigation app market saw interesting trends across the top five applications, according to Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps from Google maintained a solid presence with weekly downloads ranging between 1.7K and 2.9K, peaking in mid-April. The app consistently engaged over 200K active users weekly, with a slight dip in June but ending the quarter strong at around 206K active users.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic from Waze Inc. experienced fluctuating downloads, starting at 972 and reaching a low of 545 in mid-June before rising to 624 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 25K throughout the period.

SpTH by Aena Aeropuertos S.A. had modest download numbers, with a slight increase in early June, peaking at 136. Active users showed a similar trend, reaching a high of 150 in the same period.

Find my Phone - Family Locator from Family Locator LLC saw a significant decrease in downloads from 1K at the start of the quarter to 290 by the end. Despite this, the app generated consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $115 in mid-April. Active users also declined from 2K to around 1.2K.

Lastly, Moovit: All Transit Options by Moovit App Global LTD had stable download numbers, fluctuating between 173 and 270. Active users remained steady, averaging around 2.8K weekly.
