In the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 lifestyle applications in Africa demonstrated diverse trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here's a detailed look at the performance of these apps:

Muslim Muna: Quran Azkar Athan saw a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 678K at the end of March and experiencing a decline until mid-April. However, downloads picked up again, reaching around 188K in the last week of June. Weekly revenue peaked at about $716 in early April and then gradually decreased, stabilizing around $339 by the end of June. The app's weekly active users also showed a downward trend from over 7M in late March to about 6.4M by the end of the quarter.

Pinterest maintained a relatively steady rate of weekly downloads, ranging from 156K to 193K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users hovered around 5.5M to 5.7M, indicating consistent user engagement.
