Top 5 Shopping Apps on iOS in Algeria Q2 2022

The second quarter of 2022 saw diverse performance trends among the top 5 shopping applications on the iOS platform in Algeria. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps included Alibaba.com, AliExpress Shopping App, SHEIN - Shopping Online, Jumia Online Shopping, and ZARA.

Alibaba.com experienced a notable rise in weekly downloads, starting from 569 at the end of March and reaching approximately 1.5K by the end of June. The app also saw a steady increase in weekly active users, growing from around 9.7K to 13.3K over the same period.

The AliExpress Shopping App maintained a relatively stable download rate, with weekly downloads ranging between 644 and 901 from late March to late June. Weekly active users for the app showed minor fluctuations, starting at 2.9K and ending at just over 3K.

SHEIN - Shopping Online had consistent weekly downloads, peaking at 918 in early May before decreasing slightly to 631 by the end of June. The app's weekly active users grew steadily from 8K to over 9K during the quarter.

Jumia Online Shopping saw an increase in weekly downloads in mid-June, reaching a peak of 1.1K before settling at 897 by the end of the month. The app also experienced growth in weekly active users, rising from approximately 13K to 15K throughout the quarter.

Lastly, ZARA had a more modest performance, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 264 and 624. The app's weekly active users increased from 2.7K to nearly 2.9K over the same period.
