Top 5 iOS Navigation Apps in Serbia: Q2 2022 Performance

In the second quarter of 2022, the top five navigation apps on the iOS platform in Serbia showed varied performance metrics. Here's a detailed look at their weekly downloads and revenue trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads started at approximately 1.7K at the end of March and saw a significant increase, peaking at around 3.9K in late April. The app experienced fluctuations but generally maintained downloads above 2K for most of the quarter.

Moovit: All Transit Options had more modest download numbers but displayed a steady trend. Starting at around 500 downloads per week, the app gradually increased to approximately 680 downloads by the end of June. This consistent growth indicates a stable user acquisition rate.

Geocaching® experienced a notable spike in downloads in mid-April, reaching over 1K downloads in a single week. However, this was followed by a sharp decline, with weekly downloads generally ranging between 20 and 50 for the rest of the quarter. Revenue for Geocaching® was minimal, with small peaks of up to $9 in mid-April.

Sygic GPS Navigation & Maps showed a steady increase in both downloads and revenue. Weekly downloads rose from 77 at the end of March to 243 by the end of June. The app's revenue also saw positive trends, starting at $20 per week and growing to $69 by the last week of June.

Lastly, MyPatrol - Moja Patrola had a stable performance in terms of downloads. The app started with 44 downloads per week and saw a gradual increase, peaking at 95 downloads in late May. The download numbers then slightly declined but remained stable above 50 for the rest of the quarter.
