In Q2 2022, the top finance applications on the Android platform in Greece demonstrated diverse performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Google Wallet experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 5.5K at the end of March and peaking at around 24.3K in the first week of May. This was followed by a gradual decline, stabilizing at roughly 11.8K towards the end of June. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from about 39.2K in late March to 58.7K by the end of June.

myAlpha Mobile saw a significant spike in weekly downloads, particularly in late April with a peak of around 17.9K. The numbers moderated thereafter, concluding the quarter at approximately 6.8K downloads per week. The app's active user base remained robust, starting at 246.5K and ending Q2 with a slight increase to 258.1K.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade had a steady performance in weekly downloads, beginning at around 9.1K and fluctuating before ending the quarter at approximately 6.7K. Active user numbers showed a consistent increase from 69.2K in late March to 77.1K by the end of June.

viva.com displayed an interesting pattern in weekly downloads, with a peak of approximately 23.8K in early May, followed by a decline, ending the quarter at around 8.1K. Active users saw a significant rise, from 23.9K in late March to 50.2K by the end of June.

NBG Mobile Banking maintained relatively stable weekly download numbers, starting at about 8.9K and ending at around 8.5K. The active user base also showed stability, beginning the quarter at 389K and ending at 383.8K.
