Госуслуги Культура, published by Минцифры России, experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 88K at the end of March and dropping steadily to around 28K by the end of June. The app's active user base also saw fluctuations, beginning with about 590K users and decreasing to roughly 412K by the end of the quarter.

Yandex Translate, from Direct Cursus Computer Systems Trading LLC, maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads hovered around 32K to 45K. The number of active users started at around 1.89M and showed a slight decline to approximately 1.59M by the end of June.
