In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 shopping apps in Serbia showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads and user engagement. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Lidl Plus saw a significant increase in weekly downloads throughout Q1 2022. Starting with 3.2K downloads in mid-February, the app experienced a sharp rise, peaking at 24K downloads in the last week of February. The trend remained strong with weekly downloads hovering around 21K to 23K in March.

MOJ MAXI followed a similar upward trajectory. The app began the quarter with relatively low download numbers, but saw a substantial jump to approximately 18K downloads in the last two weeks of February. This momentum continued into March with weekly downloads ranging between 14.8K and 17.6K.

Lidl – All our offers, leaflets and opening hours maintained a steady growth in downloads during the quarter. From late February to early March, the app saw a significant spike, reaching a peak of 13.9K downloads. However, this was followed by a gradual decline, ending the quarter with around 5.5K downloads.

Fashion&Friends experienced fluctuating download numbers. The app started strong with over 4.8K downloads in late January, peaking at 6.9K downloads at the end of that month. However, the numbers gradually declined through February and March, ending with approximately 2.9K downloads in the last week of March.

Finally, Maxi Online showed a notable increase in downloads in late February, reaching 8.9K downloads. This upward trend continued into early March with similar figures, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, closing with 3.7K downloads in the final week of March.
