During the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 navigation apps in Nigeria showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at their metrics based on Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps experienced relatively stable weekly downloads, starting the quarter with around 10.4K downloads and ending with approximately 9.9K. Weekly active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at about 381.9K in late January before settling around 368.8K by the end of March.

The Bolt Driver App saw a significant initial spike in downloads, reaching roughly 18.4K in the first week of January. Throughout the quarter, downloads maintained a steady pace, closing at approximately 11K. Active users showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter at around 141.2K.
