Google Maps from Google saw a steady increase in weekly downloads. Starting at 1.07K downloads in late December 2021, the app experienced a peak of 1.92K downloads in mid-March 2022. The download numbers then slightly tapered off to 1.63K by the end of the quarter.
Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, published by Waze Inc., also demonstrated a positive trend. Weekly downloads grew from 1.55K at the end of December to a high of 2.1K in mid-March. The app ended the quarter with 2.02K downloads.
Neste from Neste Oyj had a more fluctuating trend. Downloads started at 584 at the end of December and saw a significant jump to 837 in early March, followed by a decrease to 645 by the end of the quarter.
