Throughout Q1 2022, the top 5 lifestyle applications in Spain have shown varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active user metrics, according to Sensor Tower data.

Glovo: Food Delivery and more saw a dynamic quarter in terms of weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 59K in late December, downloads peaked at 80K in the week of January 24, before stabilizing around 51K by the end of March. The app maintained a strong user base with weekly active users starting at 707K, peaking at 883K in late January, and ending the quarter at 771K.

Amazon Alexa experienced a significant spike in downloads at the beginning of January, reaching 185K. However, this number gradually decreased, stabilizing around 25K towards the end of March. Active users started at 486K in late December, saw a slight dip to 376K in early March, and ended the quarter near 350K.

Pinterest maintained a consistent performance in weekly downloads, fluctuating between 38K and 49K throughout the quarter. The app had a substantial user base, with active users starting at 6.8M, peaking at 6.7M by mid-January, and ending the quarter at 6.1M.

Google Home showed an interesting trend in weekly downloads, starting at 44K and peaking at 85K in the first week of January, before stabilizing around 30K by the end of March. Active users saw a gradual decline from 387K in late December to 257K by the end of the quarter.

Mi Home - Manage smart devices had a consistent download rate, starting at 23K and peaking at 44K in early January, then stabilizing around 12K towards the end of March. Active users saw minor fluctuations, starting at 228K and ending the quarter at 209K. The app also generated some revenue, peaking at $46 in the week of March 21.
