Top 5 Insurance Apps on Unified Platform in Bahrain Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 insurance applications in Bahrain showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and user engagement. Here, we dive into the metrics for Smart Takaful, GlobeMed Fit, Lumi by Nextcare, Health 360° Ancillary Services, and GIG-GO.

Smart Takaful experienced fluctuating weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Downloads started at 346 in the final week of December, dipped to their lowest at 136 in mid-January, and saw a peak of 322 in the third week of March. The overall trend showed variability but ended with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter.

GlobeMed Fit displayed a more steady pattern in weekly downloads, starting at 114 and closing the quarter at 72. The highest downloads were recorded in the week of March 7, with 138. Despite some fluctuations, the app maintained a relatively stable user engagement.

Lumi by Nextcare saw notable peaks and troughs in their weekly downloads. The app started strong with 194 downloads at the end of December, spiked to 313 in the first week of January, but then experienced a decline, stabilizing around 66 downloads by the end of March.

Health 360° Ancillary Services showed a relatively consistent download rate. Starting at 59 downloads in the last week of December, the app saw minor fluctuations and ended the quarter with 61 downloads. The highest weekly downloads were recorded at 96 in the second week of January.

GIG-GO experienced a varied download trend. The app started with 69 downloads in late December, saw a dip to 34 in the third week of March, but rebounded to 71 downloads by the end of the quarter. Despite these fluctuations, the app managed to maintain user interest.
