Top 5 Insurance Apps on iOS in France: Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the top five insurance apps on the iOS platform in France demonstrated a range of performances in terms of downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared.

Compte ameli from l'Assurance Maladie showed a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 51K in the first week of January. The app's downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending with around 49K in the last week of March. Weekly active users started at 216K in late December, reaching a high of nearly 288K by the end of January, and closing the quarter at around 207K.

MACIF experienced a steady download rate, with numbers ranging between 2.9K and 3.8K per week. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 19K to 20K throughout the quarter.

Luko - N°1 Neo-insurance saw variable download numbers, peaking at over 4.6K in mid-January and dipping to about 1.1K by mid-March. Despite these fluctuations, the app maintained a consistent presence in the market.

Harmonie & moi had its highest download week in early January with approximately 4.7K downloads. The numbers then trended downwards, settling at about 2.4K by the end of March. Weekly active users reflected a similar trend, starting at 20K in late December and ending at around 21K in March.

Leocare Assurance : auto, moto exhibited a significant spike in downloads in late January with around 6.5K downloads. The app's download numbers varied across the quarter, closing with approximately 2.6K in the last week of March.
