Top 5 Auto Apps on iOS in Egypt Q1 2022

In the first quarter of 2022, the performance of the top 5 auto applications on the iOS platform in Egypt showed varying trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the quarterly performance of these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Hatla2ee exhibited a consistent increase in weekly downloads, starting from 2K in late December 2021 and peaking at around 2.5K in early March 2022. The weekly active users for Hatla2ee also showed a positive trend, rising from 12.2K at the start of the quarter to a high of approximately 13.3K in late February before slightly declining to around 12.6K by the end of March.

Contactcars saw steady weekly downloads throughout the quarter, beginning at 1.1K and reaching up to 1.4K by late February. The active users for Contactcars were relatively stable, fluctuating between 23.6K and 24.9K, with a slight dip to 22.8K in mid-March.

For mobile.de - car market, weekly downloads were stable, generally hovering around 200 downloads per week. However, the app experienced a slight decline in active users, starting at 578 and dropping to 475 by the end of March.

Abaza Auto Trading had a modest performance in terms of downloads, with numbers ranging from 113 to 205 weekly downloads. Unfortunately, data on active users for this app was not available.

Lastly, AutoScout24: Buy & sell cars showed a gradual decrease in weekly downloads, starting from 170 in late December 2021 and falling to 91 by the end of March 2022. The active users for AutoScout24 also saw a decline, from 333 at the beginning of the quarter to 260 by quarter’s end.
