Throughout the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 shopping apps on Android in Ukraine exhibited varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their trends based on Sensor Tower data.

Prom.ua — інтернет-покупки experienced a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with approximately 49.7K downloads, the app saw a peak of around 66.4K in early February before dropping sharply to 4.7K by the end of March. The active users for Prom.ua also showed a similar trend, starting at around 430.8K and then falling to 241.4K in the final week of March.

AliExpress - Shopping App demonstrated a steady decline in weekly downloads, beginning with 46.7K in late December and decreasing to about 5.7K by the end of March. The active users mirrored this trend, starting at approximately 1.5M and dropping to 670K by the end of the quarter.

ROZETKA — Online marketplace saw a drop in weekly downloads from 31.6K at the beginning of the quarter to around 5.3K by the end of March. However, active users showed a recovery towards the end of the quarter, starting at 875.3K, dipping to 360.4K in late February, and then rising to 510.7K by the end of March.

Joom. Shopping for every day also experienced a decline in downloads, from 19.6K in late December to about 2.6K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 527.1K and ending the quarter with 271.5K.

АЛЛО: Маркетплейс had a relatively stable performance in terms of downloads, beginning with 15.7K and ending with 2.2K. Active users showed a modest decline from 101.7K at the start of the quarter to 76.7K by the end of March.
