Migros – shop & save revealed a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 7.6K at the end of December 2021 and showing a general decline until late February, where it rebounded to approximately 6.1K. Weekly active users also saw a decline from 56.6K at the beginning of the quarter to a low of 39.6K in late February, before recovering to around 47.8K by the end of March.

Coop's online supermarket experienced a notable peak in downloads, especially in the week of March 21, reaching about 7.2K. This spike coincided with an increase in active users, peaking at approximately 24.8K during the same week.
