In the first quarter of 2022, the top 5 education apps in Greece on the Android platform displayed diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Mondly: Learn 33 Languages from ATi Studios experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.5K in mid-January. Weekly downloads showed significant variability, with a high of around 7.6K in the first week of January, dropping to about 1.8K by the end of the month. Active users started at 12.8K at the end of December and saw a peak of 17.7K in early January before stabilizing around 12K by the end of March.

Duolingo: Language Lessons maintained consistent weekly revenue, starting strong at $6.6K in late December and fluctuating between $1.6K and $5K through the quarter. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a weekly range of about 2.2K to 3.7K. Active users showed a positive trend, starting at 33.9K and reaching 44.7K by the end of March.
