In Q4 2021, the top 5 utilities apps in Belgium showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. This data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a comprehensive view of the app landscape.

itsme, published by Belgian Mobile ID SA, had a notable presence. Weekly downloads started strong at around 46K in late September and fluctuated, ending the quarter with approximately 34.8K. Active users showed a general upward trend, peaking at over 517K in early December before closing the quarter at around 443K.

Google also maintained a steady performance. Weekly downloads rose from about 7.1K at the start of the quarter to nearly 9.7K by the end of December. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 2.6M throughout the quarter.

Google Chrome saw consistent weekly downloads, starting at approximately 6K and ending at around 6.5K. Active users showed a slight increase, peaking at 4M in mid-December before settling at approximately 3.97M by the quarter's end.
