ÖBB Scotty experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 5K in late September and dipping to approximately 3.2K by the end of November, before rebounding to 4.7K in the final week of December. The app's weekly active users showed a similar pattern, peaking at 137K in early October and ending the year at about 91.6K.

ÖBB Tickets started Q4 with 6.4K downloads and saw a decline mid-quarter, reaching a low of 3.1K in late November. However, it recovered to 5K downloads by the end of December. The active user base followed a downward trend initially, dropping from 33K to around 18.7K by late November, then slightly increasing to 26.1K in the final week.
