During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top five shopping apps on a unified platform in Panama displayed diverse trends in downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers valuable insights into their performance.

SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a noticeable fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at around 6.5K in late September and ending the quarter at approximately 4.1K. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 104K and 113K, peaking in the week of December 27.

Encuentra24.com experienced a decline in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter with just over 3K and closing at roughly 2.4K. Active users also saw a downward trend, starting at about 10.7K and ending the quarter at around 9K.

Amazon Shopping had a mixed performance with weekly downloads fluctuating between 3K and 1.8K. Active users, however, showed a steady increase, reaching a peak of approximately 106K in late November before slightly declining to around 93K by the end of December.

Alibaba.com saw a significant drop in weekly downloads from around 6.5K to 1.4K over the quarter. Despite this, the number of active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 53K and 70K, with a slight decline towards the end of December.

AliExpress - Shopping App had a steady performance in weekly downloads, ranging from 2K to just over 1K. Weekly active users showed a mild decrease from nearly 50K at the start of the quarter to about 45K by the end.
