MMORPGs have maintained a strong presence in Germany's mobile gaming market. Here, we look at the performance of the top 5 MMORPG applications during the fourth quarter of 2021, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Shakes and Fidget: Idle RPG by Playa Games GmbH showed fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $115K in the week of December 20. Weekly downloads saw a high of around 3.1K in early November, while weekly active users remained consistent, ranging from 36.2K to 42.6K throughout the quarter.

Guardians of Cloudia from NEOCRAFT LIMITED had a more stable performance. Weekly revenue hovered around $42K to $56K, with a notable rise to $45K in the final week of December. Downloads reached a peak of about 2.9K in the last week of December, while active users saw a low of 4.9K and a high of 8.4K, with some fluctuations in between.

Rebirth of Chaos: Eternal Saga by 9RING experienced a decline in performance over the quarter. Weekly revenue dropped from $39K in early October to around $11K by mid-December. Downloads also decreased significantly, from over 2.2K in early October to less than 100 by December. Active users followed a similar trend, falling from around 3.3K to 1.6K.

Tales of Wind, another title from NEOCRAFT LIMITED, had a varied performance. Weekly revenue saw highs of nearly $37K in late December, while weekly downloads remained quite low, peaking at just 145 in mid-October. Active users ranged from 307 to 688, showing some stability despite the low download numbers.

Finally, Goddess: Primal Chaos by SKYWORK AI PTE LTD had relatively consistent weekly revenue, ranging from $10K to $20K, with an uptick to $20K in the final week of December. Downloads were stable, peaking at 273 in late November, while active users ranged from 246 to 353.
