During the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 insurance apps in Latin America exhibited varied performance trends across weekly downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed overview of these trends.

Porto: Seguros, Cartão virtual had a notable quarter in terms of weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 39.7K in late September, downloads peaked at around 49.5K in mid-December. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, increasing from about 369.8K at the start of the quarter to 421K by the end of December.

Bradesco Saúde saw a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads. Downloads hit a high of about 25.9K in early November, before stabilizing around 18.5K towards the end of December. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, with slight variations, finishing the quarter at around 114K.

Pier: Mobile & Auto insurance experienced a decline in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Downloads started at around 12.7K in late September and decreased to approximately 10.9K by the end of December. Active users followed a similar trend, starting the quarter at around 25.8K and ending at approximately 37.5K.

Bradesco Seguros displayed consistent performance in weekly downloads, peaking at around 20.1K in early October and stabilizing at around 11.9K by the end of December. Weekly active users showed modest growth, reaching approximately 114.9K at the end of the quarter from an initial 117.2K.

Afore SURA had a steady performance in weekly downloads, maintaining an average of around 14.5K towards the end of December. Active users saw a slight decline from approximately 65.5K at the start of the quarter to about 60.4K by the end of December.
